I'd like to move much of my data to a journaling file system, especially
since the kernels at late af a tendancy of crashing from time to time :-) and
I've seen several files "vanish" as a result.

Now I tried backing up the following ext2 file system...

/dev/hdb13 326682 7814 302002 3% /usr/doc

And made the file system an xfs, and remounted and putting the archived
data back into the directory results in...

/dev/hdb13 332532 115728 216804 35% /usr/doc

Any explanation? and in case anyone asks, yes I tried making the file
system an ext2 filesystem again, and then the used size is normal.
