Question about images need help?

Hello

now i try to install xfs on redhat 8.0 
i have some some problems with this
once is the kernel not ok, next is this 
the is the break the iso-rh-xfs-80-image when this like installed the kernel
and so far

Plese could any tell me which redhat 8.0 image is ok. for Boards with dual-amd 
and 3Ware ide-raid-system
If is the DVD-iso that is now no problem i have now on DVD-brener but i can not 
test this image and then this

Please could any help
