Hi

102MB/s with 1MB AceNIC's with jumbo frames using < 5% CPU is what I
currently get ;)

The current code assumes that the protocol is used from userland 
(it tries to use map_user_kiobuf for every case). I'm looking at fixing
that soon, though using nbd as a testcase.
