negative. Negative balances are
contrary to PayPal's User Agreement. Please
add funds to your PayPal account as
soon as possible to bring your balance to
zero or any positive amount. You may
add funds via check, money order, or an
electronic transfer from your bank
account.
To add funds via
electronic bank transfer:
1. Log in to your PayPal account, visit our
secure server webform by clicking the hyperlink below :

If you choose to ignore our request, you leave us no
choice but to temporarily suspend your account.

2. Click the Add Funds
sub-tab
3. Click the Transfer Funds from a Bank Account link
4. Follow
the on-screen instructions, and transfer money to your PayPal account
in at
least the amount of your negative balance.

upper left-hand corner
6. Click the Contact Us link in the lower right-hand
corner
7. Click the Contact Customer Service link under the Email heading,
and follow
the on-screen instructions to send us a message.
