New ProPak?

When is there going to be an updated ProPak (1.5)?  More specifically,
will there be a ProPak built on RH7?  Or are some/most of the features
of previous ProPaks built-in to RH7?

I'm most interested in the NFSv3 kernel implementation and XFS.  I know
that I can get the XFS 0.9 overlay for RH7, but what about NFSv3?
