it looks like mandrake ships with a newer version of curses. You could
try a --force when rpm -U, but this may break things...The ncurses
changes we provide only give winterm compatibility which should not be a
problem unless you are running curses based programs from IRIX winterms.

yes...

dunno...I will forward the error to our NFS team and see what they have
to say.

do you need to rebuild the arc loader? are you doing this from windows?

Rome is a great city. I visited Italy this summer, rented a car, and
drove around Tuscana for two weeks. Went wine tasting and went to the
beach. I had the best pizza ever in a small restaurant in the heart of
Rome near the Via Del Banchi Nuovi but I cannot remember the name...
Can you please send me the .config file you used. I will attempt to
build it myself. We build a kernel rpm with our distribution...maybe
you should use the:
oss.sgi.com/projects/sgilinux11/download/SOURCES/kernel-2.2-i686-smp-vw.config
as your config file. The error looked like a compiler error...hmm.
You may be better off using the 2.2.10 kernel for the time being seeing
that the 2.2.13 kernel has not been 100% tested...I will try it out here
and see what I can find.
