Hi *, I started to install Linux on the Visual Work 540 using Linux 2.2.10 + RedHat 6.0. I have follow step by step all the points that are in http://oss.sgi.com/www.linux.sgi.com/intel/visws/ Everything was fine till BOOT LINUX! ( see http://oss.sgi.com/www.linux.sgi.com/intel/visws/post.html point 11) The boot start with the nice blue window .. then the Kernel seems to start .. and then a bunch of vertical coloured lines apperar with something in the background !!! Why ? thank you for any advices Gabriele |
