Installation of Propack ISO

I've downloaded the propack 1.2 ISO image as documented on 
your web site, but I'm a little confused by the instructions.
The web site uses something called './INSTALL' to kick off
the installation process. However, all I downloaded was the iso
image. Where do I get this installation program? Is this something
that comes with RedHat 6.1? Is it a magic link to an rpm?

Any hints would be appreciated.
