You can get it from IBM's web site; try http://www.ibm.com/developer/java ?

They allow people to redistribute the JRE, so I have just put a copy at
oss.sgi.com/projects/rhino/download/ (http or ftp), and am about to update
the README with the notice required by IBM. :)
