Try the following:

        ftp://ftp.uk.linux.org/pub/linux/sct/fs/raw-io/old/

Its part of the raw-19990204.tar.gz tarball. I've modified my copy
slightly to *not* assume that raw devices are always "/dev/rawX". :^)
