Problem with "sgicc -ipa filename.c"

hi,

I want to get the Call_Graph at the phase of ipa(I add some code in 
ipa_main.cxx,build and get the file "ipa.so").But when I use "sgicc -ipa 
filename.c" I got the following error message:

sgicc ERROR: cannot exec /usr/pro64/ipa_link

I have no idea where the file "ipa_link" is from and when I should build 
this file. For there are no this file installed in the "INSTALL" file.

Can anyone tell me the answer. 3x!
