Hi,

I'm testing the Pro64 with the SPEC95 benchmarks on an IA-32 Linux
box with NUE. I've been able to compile and run all of them except
gcc, which I can compile but crashes when put to run. Has anyone
had the same problem? How should I compile to achieve successful
execution?

bash$ uname -a
Linux fontsere 2.4.2-2 #1 Sun Apr 8 20:41:30 EDT 2001 ia64 unknown
bash$ sgif90 -v
SGIcc Compilers: Version 0.01.0-12

I've also detected minor differences between the output generated
by mgrid and the reference output (test) of the benchmark, both
within the NUE environment and on a real IA-64. I've checked the
compiler options related to IEEE-754. Although the results are
acceptable, perhaps somebody will be able to explain why this
differences occur.

Thanks,

Eduard.
