This is not a problem with the Pro64 compiler -- it's the kernel you're
using. I can't tell which version/IA-64 snapshot you're running based on
the uname output but from the build date (Nov 1) it appears to be a fairly
recent one. There have been some problems with random segfaults with newer
kernels, especially on Lion servers (which are very similar to your Dell
box).
You might want to contact RedHat for a kernel upgrade.
