license terms

Good day,

I've been looking at the Pro64 page and I could not find the terms for
using the
Pro64 software. Is there a license agreement clearly written somewhere ?
Is it the same
as the Open Source license ? We would like to use the Pro64 technology
as the
basis for our own development but are not sure what we can and can not
do with
it.
