pmie prints (null) erroneously..

When using the attached config file,
the print "WARN: " statement prints
only "(null)" if any of the %h %v %i
options are used.  If these are
removed, then the statement is printed
as given.
 
To me, pmie should: a) print these
values, b) replace all of them with an
appropriate value (such as "<none>")
instead of a blanket rejection of the
entire string....
 
This is also the config file which
generates all the zombies...
