Hi Nathan,

For future reference, please request a binNMU so we can schedule a
rebuild in a clean environment (rather than leaving the package
uninstallable for months).

I have just scheduled a binNMU for libpcp-pmda-perl/i386 now (and
accordingly, I am -done'ing this bug).
