            Bug ID: 1330320
           Summary: make pmdapapi counters multi-cpu
           Product: Fedora
           Version: rawhide
         Component: pcp
          Assignee: nathans@xxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: fche@xxxxxxxxxx
        QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: brolley@xxxxxxxxxx, fche@xxxxxxxxxx, lberk@xxxxxxxxxx,
                    mgoodwin@xxxxxxxxxx, nathans@xxxxxxxxxx,
                    pcp@xxxxxxxxxxx, scox@xxxxxxxxxx

It turns out that the PAPI API does not transparently implement systemwide
counters for us. We are connecting only to cpu#0.

See the papi pernode.c test case. Key words:

granularity - PAPI_GRN_SYS_CPU
ncpu = PAPI_get_opt(PAPI_MAX_CPUS, NULL);
the resulting values[] array should be sized ncpu-multiplied & indexed.
