Description of problem:
Although pmatop(1) lists -h as a supported option, trying "pmatop -h localhost"
just prints out the usage information and exits while "pmatop" works as
expected.

SYNOPSIS
       Interactive usage:

       pmatop [-g|-m] [-L linelen] [-h host | -a archive] [interval [samples]]
...
