Todd (and anyone else), could you please take the attached [gtn]roff
source and verify that your local man page manglers (man2html etc) are
OK with this?

I've devised a scheme for tricking man2html while preserving the
structure needed for the IRIX and Linux man page builds.

If this works we'll change all the PCP man pages to use this perverse
construct.
