I think this would be a dramatic demonstration of one of the biggest
*wins* that the distributed PCP model delivers ... it is less dramatic
with the one-host-only variant (even if that one host may be remote).

I know this is more work, but not a bucket load (multiple PMAPI
contexts, and a PMAPI context field in your local variant of the
per-process data) ... I'm sure if the PCP-aware version of the top
source code was available, a multi-host version would appear pretty
quick smart.
