myrinet pmda

Hi,

I see that the ACE docs mention a Myrinet switch PMDA, but this isn't
to be found in the open source distribution of PCP. Is it available
only in the Pro version, can I get it from somewhere else, or will one
have to written again? I'd appreciate some pointers on this since I'm
just getting started on this.
