I just tried pcp-2.1.10 with with 7 pmloggers configured and it worked fine.
Michal: could this perhaps be related to running as non-root user?
And do you have any lingering pmlogger_check and/or pmcd_wait processes
(these are the processes that actually launch the pmlogger processes)?
