Running PCP as non-privileged user

Hi,

I am working on a system monitoring project and am thinking about
utilizing PCP. What I want to inquire is that what level of changes are
required to provide for running pcp as a non privilged user. The goal is
to be able to monitor a systems resources without having any privileged
acess at all, not even for installation etc.

I'll appreaciate an early reply.
