I ran pminfo -f | grep "cgroup.memory.limit"

it returned quote a few value, but none of them matches what was in the cgroup files. However one of the value looks close to what was being sent back in the JSON.

inst [5738 or "005738 grep --color=auto cgroup.memory.limit"] value 18446744071580687169

Oh, thats interesting - sounds a little like another issue I'm chasing
at the moment. Does pminfo(1) give you the correct answer?
