Looks good - I should've picked those diagnostics up on review, not
sure how they snuck in.  You might want to start updating copyright
dates (year) too with each change - not now, but for future changes
just keep an eye out to see if its up-to-date or not yet for the
current year.  Pretty soon it'll not be needed again till next Jan :)
