    freebsd PMDA - fix build failure
   
    If PCP is not installed, then the build fails.
   
    Make the root PMNS for the FreeBSD PMDA match the other unconditionally
    installed PMDAs with the domain number being hard coded in root_freebsd,
    rather than relying on <stdpmid>.
