pcp updates - pmcollectl bugs

Hi,

When inspecting pmcollectl interrupt subsystem reporting, I noticed the
script would crash on startup.  This should fix the crashes.

    Specifying pmcollectl -sJ resulted in a couple of errors in expected 
types/attributes
