Improvements to the gluster filesystem PMDA

Add a few missing filesystem operations to pmdagluster.
Introduce exception handling such that if new operations
appear unexpectedly, we handle this gracefully.

Improve the handling of multiple profiled volumes also.

    Resolves Red Hat bug #1066544.

commit 40aea82956816e6d12f8e4070ec6ce11d0bcf319
Author: Frank Ch. Eigler <fche@xxxxxxxxxx>

pmmgr signal handling: the finaler solution

Add a few more explicit process-group and targeted subprocess kills
when quits are in progress, to make it more likely that no child is
left alive when pmmgr itself dies.
