pmdumptext uses the Qt console libraries - you'll need to have a Qt development
environment installed, and pmdumptext (and pmchart, pmtime, ...) will then build
automatically.

(you'll need qt >= 4.4 to build the PCP tools that rely on it, incl pmdumptext)
