    Updates to the Programmers Guide to cover the Python modules
    
    In addition to augmenting the C API discussion with a number
    of aspects of the Python interfaces, some higher level text
    about modules, exceptions and so on is added.  Further, the
    C pmclient example is used more thoroughly and complementary
    python examples are added alongside the C code.
