[pcp-announce] Parfait 0.4.0 released

Hi all,

The latest version of Parfait, a lightweight Java instrumentation library
for use with PCP, has been tagged and uploaded to the Maven central repo.
You can find the code and updated README at:

This release includes several critical API changes - in particular, we've
transitioned to the io.pcp namespace for all modules (./bin/imports.sh may
help automate updating source code to deal with this) and it also switches
to use of the JSR-363 Units API.

This is also the first release to include a -javaagent jar file allowing
unmodified Java applications to export metrics to PCP simply by adding a
command line option.  Refer to the Quickstart section of the README file
for details.
