qa/1067 contains this ...

my question is how is this test supposed to pass? There is nothing I
can see in the packaging that is going to add any "zbxpcp" line to
/etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf ... and nothing in the QA suite seems to
be setting this up (and tearing it down if that's the right thing to do).
