Nathan, pmie_check needs the following small change for the pcp-pmie container,
(this is similar to commit f6e3da702b for pmlogger_check).

    Use full path to pmie in pmie_check.

In a container, the PATH has $PCP_SHARE_DIR/lib ahead of $PCP_BIN_DIR,

    so trying to run "pmie" in pmie_check is going to relaunch the rc script
    (recursively) rather than running the pmie binary.
