pmiostat qa failures

I need help on this one from the pmiostat owner.

About half my hosts are failing qa/842.

.out.bad attached

This test does not apparently create a 842.full file, so I don't have 
any additional info, e.g. the contents of $tmp.pmval and $tmp.pmiostat 
... you may want to include that as an enhancement.
Easy to reproduce, just ask.
