Bryn Reeves already started on a PCP plugin in branch 'bmr-pcp-plugin'
see his commit :

commit 78d84262bc289ad934ab689ef113b0fc1e86e0f1
Author: Bryn M. Reeves <bmr@xxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Thu Dec 13 16:56:48 2012 +0000

Add basic performance co-pilot (pcp) module

Add a module to collect PCP logs and configuration files from /var

Basically it just grabs /var/log/pcp and /var/lib/pcp/config so it's
fairly rudimentary compared to some of the suggestions posted in earlier
responses. Not sure where Bryn has merged this, if anywhere so far.
