Add basic performance co-pilot (pcp) module
Add a module to collect PCP logs and configuration files from /var
Basically it just grabs /var/log/pcp and /var/lib/pcp/config so it's
fairly rudimentary compared to some of the suggestions posted in earlier
responses. Not sure where Bryn has merged this, if anywhere so far.
