pmlogger_check - add -M option
With -M there is no merging, renaming or rewriting of archives.
This helps scenarios where rsync (or similar) is being used
to incrementally copy the archives to some remote repository.
Clean up the man page ... document -M, editorial changes and
moving some text around to improve readability.
Extend qa/929 to check -M as well as the single archive, so
rename don't merge optimization.

pmlogger_daily - don't merge if not needed [optimization]
In the (quite common) case of pmlogger_daily finding one archive
that needs to be "merged", use pmlogmv(1) to rename instead of
pmlogger_merge(1) (which uses pmlogextract(1)) to copy.

pmlogmv - change args from -nv to -NV
Better match with pmlogger_daily, especially since pmlogger_daily
will (soon) be optionally passing -N and -V down to pmlogmv.
