    qa/566 & new pmlogcheck
    
    Fix qa/566 and qa/566.out that were botched in last commit.
    Make qa/566 notrun until we sort out the new pmlogcheck replacing
    the old pmlogcheck (the current images contain the old one).
    
    Add -v to the usage error message for the new pmlogcheck.
