     libpcp/__pmAccAddHost - don't always create ipv6 wildcard entry
If the platform does not support IPv6, don't create IPv6 wildcard 
     entries alongside IPv4 entries.
The changes I posted yesterday are a rewrite of this code and don't do this. I'll add it and try to get it pushed today.
