RHBZ967428: correct pmda-systemd fd_set usage
poetter@xxxxxxxxxx kindly pointed out that we were using fd_set
objects without a proper FD_ZERO then FD_SET sequence. (He also
advised that we should use *poll(2) instead, but since our PMDA
fd's are all small, select(2) should perform adequately.)
