Increase the default colour scheme to having ten colours.
Peter Edwards, Paul Smith, and others have requested this
from time to time. Trick is to find colours that are all
sufficiently distinct, and different to the background as
well, so that they are always easily discernable.

Attempt to make the search icon look more "active".
Paul Smith noticed on a Mac the button looks disabled all
the time due to its soft receding gray/blue colours. Its
a bit better now, I suppose, but perhaps a different icon
entirely would be a better option down the track.

Fix stacked bar Y-axis scaling after enabling/disabling plots.
Reported by Nos Doughty, very noticeable when using the Memory
view - legend plot clicking caused the Y-Axis to increase with
no bounds, doubling on each "enable".

Fix selection bug in View Open/Save dialogs.
Reported by Nigel Donaldson, when using a keyboard to select
item in the list of views, the View text box was not updated.

Improve hostname-truncation heuristic for chart titles.
This now truncates each component of a hostspec-with-a-proxy,
and if any component looks like an IPv4/IPv6 address we will
no longer truncate at all (used to be after the first dot).
