OK, we have a bit of a problem here in that the libvirt PMDA is merged
but this metric naming / compound instance problem needs to be resolved
It would be poor form to have to (attempt to) fix up users archives down
the track when we know about the problem now I guess.

- disable the libvirt PMDA from the builds for this release, pick it up
  in 3.11.5

Seems we're still a way of consensus on the design, much less the implementation.
