I put a section in pcp.1 in that commit which gives a bit of an overview,
and a dinky example of an uptime(1) wrapper.  A partial implementation is
also in the tree, not yet complete though, but hopefully enough to get a
feel for the general concept (basically, its just command-line pmlaunch).
