New website

Hi all,

so after presenting PCP to a bunch of companies, I got a bit of a
negative feedback about the website. So I gave a shot at making a
complete new one.

You can find the current proposed version here:
http://pcp.acksyn.org (user:pcp pass:pcp123 - the site is protected
to avoid robots indexing a temporary website)

Here's a bit what I've done:
- Migrated existing pages from the old site to the new web-design
- Slightly cleaned up the logo
- Integrated all the man pages on the website
- Added html,html-single,pdf formats for the UAG and PG books
  (This is still to be completed as it's not yet fully integrated)
- Added some new pages (features, team, documentation, etc.)

I've still got a couple of things to finish up, but the main parts are
done. I'd be happy if you have any feedback, be it about visual changes
or content changes.
