Hi all,

while working on making the a new shiny PCP website, I was stumbling
in building the books with publican (F21 - publican-4.1.3-1).
I've now prepared a git repo with some fixes that build all the
books correctly again (pdf, html, html-single). Here is
the branch with the fixes:
https://github.com/mbaldessari/pcp/tree/publican-fixes

The issue is that I am quite unfamiliar with docbook/publican
so I am not 100% sure about their correctness.

cheers,
Michele
