    Driven by Linux proc PMDA problem with cgroup.* being left in the
    PMNS after a PMDA Install and Remove.

    Linux proc pmda - major pmns snarfoo
    
    Remove was not culling the cgroup.* metrics, meaning the PMNS was
    bad after the Linux proc PMDA was Installed and then Removed.
