I was chatting with Marko about the minimum python version, as I was
requiring python 2.7 (dictionary comprehensions, timedelta.total_seconds(),
etc.). What's the general minimum python version I can assume to be
installed? 2.6 (i.e. RHEL 6) or is 2.7 fine?
