WBEM/CIM<->PCP bridge prototype

Hi -

Using the python PMAPI bindings, I hacked together a quick WBEM/CIM
provider that bridges access to the PCP metrics.  WBEM/CIM is a big
topic, but of importance to some enterprise users as a remote
sysadmin/monitoring framework.  Now (well, after the prototype turns
into a working piece of software) PCP can supply data to them without
having to leave their tools.
