I've sent mail to synce-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx asking them if they'd
consider renaming their man page.
I notice that (for some time it appears) in Debian, some of the synce commands
(and hence their man pages) have been renamed from foo to synce-foo (and
synce-pcp is included in this group).
But the project's current code base on sourceforge retains the original names
like prm, pmv and (doh) pcp.
