In private email to Nathan and me Ken complained that perl modules are
not included in the pcp package on Darwin - the following changes
rectify this omission.

I've installed new package on my 10.6 box and verified that
check_import.pl from pcpqa tree generates correct archives.
As I've said in the commit message, I've considered generating
separate package for the perly bits but the amount of support files
required generating Darwin packages is just too large - I'm still
trying to come up with a simplied build for Darwin but at least this
change will give Ken something to test with.
