Hi all,

I found when using pmevent and a log file, where the log file
was only occassionally written to, that pmevent has a slightly
annoying tendency to fill up the screen (every sample) with:

logger.perfile.xxx.records: No values available
logger.perfile.xxx.records: No values available
logger.perfile.xxx.records: No values available

I added a -q (quiet) option ... but perhaps we should make this
the default, and add a -v (verbose) option ... thoughts?

cheers.
